Imagine if you minify the code in all your files and realize that your site is suddenly completely broken because you accidentally deleted a single character from the code. The small file savings achieved by "minifying" this is negligible and not worth the problems it can cause later if not done properly.

What this customer is referring to is the theme's score in the Google Page Speed Insights tool, which is designed to give webmasters insight into how to improve the speed at which their pages load. We take our reputation and customer service very seriously here at Mile High Themes, and have always taken great pride in our feedback score. 85 positive reviews with no negatives (as of this writing). Up until very recently, our ShowTime Shopify theme had a perfect rating in the theme store.
